New chapter at Eperi GmbH: Managing Director takes the helm

Pfungstadt, May 8, 2025 - Eperi GmbH is taking an important step in its corporate development. Following a successful growth phase and the acquisition of further major customers, the previous Managing Director Andreas Steffen is taking over the company from the fund advised by Equistone as part of a management buy-out. The aim is to position eperi as an owner-managed company that is even closer to its customers, more flexible and more future-oriented - without compromising on quality, service or technology.

With the proven product eperi sEcure, which offers companies a patented solution for protecting sensitive data in cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and many other business applications, Eperi GmbH is continuing on its growth path - with a clear commitment to customer satisfaction.
