Cloudnam City
Fog drifts through the empty streets. Rain slides down the glass façades as if the city itself fears what’s coming.
In the shadows of an abandoned factory, a man stands alone. A genius — and a madman. Controllo. Once a respected researcher, now consumed by obsession. His voice cuts through the silence like steel.
“Four days. Just four days — and they’ll obey me forever.”
In his hand gleams a small vial — a formula born in secret labs. Disguised as a harmless supplement. Distributed for free.
Yet deadly — to free will itself.
His plan is simple: enslave the people of Cloudnam City. His weapon: data. “Give me the citizens’ contact data,” he hisses to his accomplice Cybong, a ruthless data criminal with eyes made of code. “Then no one will resist me.”
The Call for Help
Inspector Miller, an old-school cop, senses the danger.
“They’re stealing the citizens’ data. With it, they’ll deliver that substance into every home. We need him.”
He looks to the night sky, where the city lights flicker — a sign, a symbol, a shadow. A name spoken only in whispers:
The Data Knight.
The Knight Appears
Black as night. Heavy with purpose.
No myth. No smile. Only resolve.
“Controllo wants the data. With data, he controls people. With people, he breaks the city. But only if we let him.”
From beneath his armor, he reveals not a weapon — but a solution. Silent. Invisible. Powerful. eperi sEcure.
“We encrypt the citizens’ data before it even reaches the cloud. No plaintext. No attack surface. Only shadows — where Controllo finds nothing.”
The Game of Shadows
Cybong dives into the networks. His fingers move like blades across invisible keys.
“There they are! Names, addresses — all ready!”
But when he reaches for them, the data collapses into chaos — unreadable fragments, encrypted and sealed.
“No… no, that’s impossible! Where are the files?!”
From the darkness comes the calm voice of the Knight:
“They’re protected. Your power ends here.”
Controllo screams in fury. “Without the data — no delivery, no control! You’ve stolen my dream!”
“It was never a dream,” the Data Knight replies. “It was a nightmare for Cloudnam City.”
The Finale
The formula remains locked away in the labs. Without access to the citizens’ data, there’s no way to spread it. Controllo and Cybong vanish into the undercity — defeated, but not forgotten.
Inspector Miller steps from the shadows.
“They’ll never know how close we came to disaster.”
“They don’t need to,” says the Data Knight. “As long as their data is safe — their freedom is safe.”
Epilogue
At dawn, Cloudnam City wakes. The rain has stopped. Sunlight breaks through the clouds. People return to their lives — unaware, but free.
Deep underground, the Data Knight stands watch.
And in the silent networks of the city, one shield keeps working tirelessly:

Because where data is protected — darkness has no power.
