Equistone acquires majority stake in eperi

Private equity funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe have acquired a majority stake in eperi®. Elmar Eperiesi-Beck, founder and CEO of eperi®, will continue to lead the company as CEO and retain a significant stake in the company. The new partnership focuses on the further scaling and internationalization of the company as well as a targeted buy-and-build strategy.
