Using Microsoft 365 in compliance with GDPR: This is where the data protection conference is wrong

In its latest assessment, the German Data Protection Conference (DSK) has once again confirmed that the use of the Microsoft 365 Cloud service is in breach of data protection regulations. This poses huge problems for countless companies and authorities, especially as the DSK report sees no technical possibility for GDPR-compliant use of Microsoft's cloud solution. According to Elmar Eperiesi-Beck, founder and Managing Director of eperi, the DSK is ignoring the current state of the art with this assessment.
