Security concerns have long prevented the introduction of Cloud computing in companies and public authorities. Although the Cloud is now firmly established in the IT world, concerns about the security and data protection of sensitive company data remain. On the one hand, this concern can be explained by the increasing number of cyberattacks and, at the same time, by the fact that many Cloud services come from US companies that are not subject to European data protection regulations.
