eperi and AS-S3C: partners for comprehensive data protection and IT security as a managed service

Pfungstadt, April 13, 2023 - Eperi GmbH, leading provider of data encryption for SaaS applications and individual applications, and AS-S3C GmbH, solution provider for IT security and data protection, are entering into a strategic partnership. The partners' common goal is to enable small and medium-sized companies to use cloud services while maintaining the required compliance. AS-S3C offers a software-as-a-service solution to encrypt sensitive data in M365, Teams, Salesforce and, in principle, in any cloud service, thereby securing business secrets and data protection. The basis of the SaaS solution is the proven eperi technology.

The eperi Gateway acts as a cloud data protection solution like an invisible shield: sensitive data is encrypted even before it is processed and stored in cloud applications. The protective measure takes place in the data stream. As a result, no "readable" personal data or business secrets reach the cloud in the first place.

With the AS-S3C offering, this service is now also available to small and medium-sized companies, even if they do not have their own data center.
