eperi appoints Andreas Steffen as new CEO
Pfungstadt, July 20, 2023 - eperi®, the provider of software solutions for the secure and encrypted handling of data in the cloud, has appointed Andreas Steffen as its new CEO on July 3, 2023. Andreas Steffen succeeds Elmar Eperiesi-Beck, who has left the company.
Andreas Steffen sees his mission as making eperi one of the most important German and international software providers for professional and reliable data protection in the cloud. With the eperi Gateway, additional product and service variants as well as new sales and marketing strategies, Andreas Steffen and the eperi team aim to significantly expand the company's market presence and commercial success.
Andreas Steffen has many years of expertise in the areas of management, corporate strategy, marketing and sales, particularly for software companies, and has held leading roles in various renowned companies. Prior to eperi, the business administration graduate was Chief Operating Officer (COO) at archive specialist Scope Solutions AG. Further career stages included General Manager Software Solutions at Interflex Datensysteme GmbH & Co KG, Managing Director SAP Services at Eselektro BV and Co KG, Managing Director Sales Cloud Software at Lexware Vertriebs GmbH and Managing Director at Lexware GmbH & Co KG of the Haufe Publishing Group. Andreas Steffen has also held various interim management positions.
Andreas Steffen lives in Lörrach, Baden, and enjoys extreme hiking and literature in his free time.
